Thanks for sharing! I know that in LA a lot of places are not offering TNR services due to the pandemic. I hope that changes soon.

All very interesting. I wish it was broken down by state. I am curious about where I am working. I know that my county now allows and continues TNR is spite of Covid. Just a few years ago, TNR was illegal here. Although many shelters were technically closed by Covid, adoptions continued. That’s a big plus!
