I have a 5 month old female kitten I got who was dropped off as a stray at my vet’s office. She was six weeks when I got her and weighed just under 1.5 lbs. I just weighed her and she is 8.2lbs. She is very lean with no excess fat and is already as long as and almost as tall as my large 13lb male Siamese. Photos below are her at about 4 months. She also has these markings on the back of her ears that I haven’t seen before on other cats Any clue what she could be?

She looks like a dsh brown tabby tux or tabby with white to me, I am not sure about those light areas, others will chime in. Have they always been there? She also looks like a broken mackerel tabby or with some spots, and ticking. I don't think I have seen the light areas like that before. She is a beauty and so is your siamese boy 😻

I think the light areas may just be areas of thinner hair on the ears. Or just darker/light fur. You can see that on her upper leg in the photo of her back and another area on her head.
