4 days after I adopted her, and the first day she was allowed to roam the apartment. Climbed right up in my lap and made herself comfortable.

And now that I've moved and own a recliner, she's in my lap approximately 2.5 milliseconds after I sit down in the chair and put my feet up. Nightly (and sometimes afternoon) ritual.

Paisley is 90% lap cat. After a good meal or a good play session, she will settle in for a good long nap. Oddly, when she is really ready to go to sleep, she moves away to one of her spots.

I never thought I would see this - Duncan (orange and white) will curl up on your lap or chest as he sees fit and often sleeps with us. Barry (the mackerel tabby lump at the end of the couch) just started getting on the extreme far end of the couch with me. Barry also rarely sleeps with us mostly because Duncan will chase him away, but here we are, all napping on the couch.
