Krill oil recommendations

Hi everyone
I was wondering what type of krill oil or any type of omega 3 rich oil I sould try on my cat, usually I would feed her one or two half sardines but she tends to itch more after and have soft stools. I'm trying to find the least reactive form possible so that I can incorporate it into her diet. She has food allergies related to IBD so a huge range of things upset her system. Thanks for the help. Also is there any human grade supplements that would help?
