Kittens pads are scaring me

This all started on 10/15 with scabs in her ears and on the edge of her pads. Took her to the vet and they gave her an antibiotic shot. Almost 3 weeks later and another antibiotic shot and blood work (that came back normal) her poor little pads look like this. Has ANYONE ever seen this before? is it allergies? Please help!

I completely agree. It does look like pillow foot.

Is your litter scented or colored? I find my cats paw pads get irritated by scented litter. Def return to the vet, in the mean time clean the paws with iodine and buy vetericyn gel/spray and wipe the paws with this
