My kitten had been spayed about 2 weeks ago and still has stitches. I know they want her to be in a smaller area so they don't get inflamed or get stitches poped out but the bathroom is almost in constant use and my closet is to small. I can tell that the incision site swelling hasn't gone down but she isn't in any pain or discomfort. Should I just keep an eye on it or should I get a bigger kennel so I can fit a litter box and her in it?

If its still swollen after two weeks, I would bring her to the vet as it should have healed already.

I would let her out. She should be getting her stitches out this week. They usually do a 2-week appointment for stitch removal.

The stitches are dissolvable and they told me that it would take 5-7days to dissolve but they're still there. I can see a difference in size of the stitches though.
