Ya know... I was thinking...there is NO WAY I could work for a VET...they would fire me the FIRST day for cryin'.....

I think he does. I remember once he and my son both ran through an ant pile barefoot. Anthony was about 2. He had the usual stinging and itching, but my ex had the full body reaction. They say that each time is worse than the time before.

I am so sorry to hear the one puppy didn't make it. Poor little guy.

It's really amazing how lethal the venom from a small insect effects people… I was wondering if we become more susceptible with age... I had a BEE fly up my shirt sleeve and sting me in the arm pit (while running in my house, mind you) and the area swelled up the size of a tennis ball...benadryl didn't help me that day - I was one sick lady!
