Even vets can't be sure through a picture as different skin problems can look alike. She needs in-person exam asap I'm afraid.

No that’s not ring worm! I had a dog that had it & if it were Ring Worm there would be a definite red ring.

Nope this isn’t ring worm! Something happens w/my 1st reply hope you don’t get 2! Ring worm is really unmistakeable! If it were it would be a red raised ring. This looks like your kitty may have some sort of allergy maybe to food, it looks like a lot of scratching but Ring Worm doesn’t usually itch! It’s a fungus! You may want to talk to your Vet!
