I have a 2 year old (1 year and 9 months technically ) spayed (at 5months old) female cat with something wrong with her nipple. It is not swollen but very red. With a weird rash? (Could be a rash or maybe a cut) on the bottom of her nipple for about 2 days now.(that’s when I noticed it could have been there longer) Then today I noticed those 3 little white dots on top of her nipple. All of her other nipples are normal little pink bumps. Except for that one. No fever, swelling, mood swings, sensitively to touch or anything like that. I was even looking at it for like 1 hour yesterday trying to figure out what it was and trying to get a good look at it, poking and prodding at it and no sign of sensitivity of anything like that. What should I do? Does this look concerning? Could it be something that could just go away?
