Is this ragdoll mis-marked?

I am not sure this ragdoll kitten is mismarked. I read on cfa and saw regular show ragdolls, have perfect bicolor symmetry. If the bicolor goes beyond the eyes, it is penalized.
I think this is mis-marked, but just wanted to confirm.

The true pattern and color does not fully come out until they grow up, so this may change in time......
