Is this pinking of the nipples?

Hey all so my cat had her heat and went missing for 3 days at the end of December(27,28,29)th, I've noticed her nipples are like this now which are very different to my other girls. These are more red/pink in colour and stick out more where as my other girl you can't really feel them. She does have a vets appointment on Thursday, I think she's pregnant but just want others people opinions. Thank you. ( The photo of the full black fur is my other girl)

Since she’s not spayed and got out, she’s very likely pregnant. Since it’s early, you can go ahead and get her spayed. Are your other cats spayed and neutered?
