Hi, Welcome!
I can't tell for certain, and I'm not a vet but I think this looks ok. I don't see any oozing pus, or redness or swelling around the incision. Keep taking pictures over the next few days so you can compare, and if need be can show the vet but for now, as long as her behavior is also normal, I think it is fine.
