Is this kitten male or female

I collected my kitten yesterday, I was told it was female now I’m not sure! I wanted a female as I’ve recently lost my 16 year old girl & already have a 15 year old boy who does not like males
Any help appreciated

Really hard to tell whether we are looking at a female or a male. A clearer picture might help but I would check with your vet.

It looks male to me also. How old is your kitten? If you get him neutered soon he should get along fine with your older male cat, other than wanting / needing to play rough due to being young.

I have 7 cats, 5 of whom are male and all neutered as kittens. They get along great. One of my males has actually taken another younger male cat under his wing and grooms him and plays with him beautifully.

There is a period of adjustment however, that can take some time. My cats have come over the years - not all at once, but all have adjusted.
