Is this kitten a boy or girl?

I'm having trouble determining my 4 week old foster kitten's gender. Thanks for the help in advance (and sorry kitten was a bit…dirty in this pic)

I’m no expert at all.... I wait until they get big enough to grow balls or not. The kittenlady has a video (google) about sexing kittens. Called “how to determine the sex of a kitten”

I'm going to tentatively say girl, but we need a picture with less fur crisscrossing the area.
