Is this cat pregnant?

Hi! I noticed my brother's cat has been acting a bit different lately. Today I went to pick her up and noticed her nipples are bigger than usual. Is it possible that she's pregnant? I'm not too familiar with car pregnancies... I'm hoping to get an appointment for her soon.

Most probably it’s pregnant but a vet will tell you better than anyone
