I would say she is a domestic long hair. Turkish vans are pretty rare. Especially in some countries you will not find any breeders at all.

I agree, she appears to be a calico domestic longhair. Since she has so much white on her, it's likely that both her parents have some amount of white spotting. A cat that inherits white spotting from both parents tends to be mostly white with spots of color on the head, tail, and perhaps a few spots on the body. The same gene is responsible for white spotting in cats with just a little white ("tuxedo cats"), and cats that are mostly white like your cat.

Her color pattern doesn't indicate that she is related to the Turkish Van breed, even though the pattern looks similar. Most cats are not any particular breed, and the Turkish Van is quite rare.
