Please keep mom 100% inside now. It's important to keep her away from intact males after she delivers. I would also recommend setting a spay appointment now for mom after the kittens are weaned.

How old is she?

She is almost 2 years old and I also have a stray neutered male in my house who keeps the territory safe stray males away from the house.he also keeps her safe when she is in heat that’s why I didn’t got her spayed.

That's not enough to ensure that an intact male doesn't get to her. It's for her own health that she should be kept 100% inside while pregnant and nursing. You want to be sure that nothing happens to her, and that she delivers inside somewhere safe where you can help.

Later, it's best to have her spayed, also for her health. Repeated heat cycles can lead to infection and cancer for female cats.

I didn’t knew that. Thanks for the heads up. I get her spayed ASAP. And I’ll update on her as she progresses in her pregnancy

It could be infection, or it could be an inverted nipple with some waxy discharge (an inverted nipple is pushed in, rather than sticking out... sort of like an innie vs. outie bellybutton). I agree that it would be best to visit the vet to find out!

If your cat was mated on the 9th february and her nipples are pinking up it is almost certain that she is pregnant. Have you sorted out why one of her nipples is yellow as shown in one of your photos in your other thread? It is important to ascertain if she has an infection. Has she been seen by a vet?
