Is Pearl pregnant?

Pearl is a foster. I was told she’s was pregnant, but we’re not sure. I’ve had her for 3 weeks so she’d be at least 4 weeks.

It’s driving me crazy! We don’t want to pay $150 for an ultrasound so I just have to wait.

I can't say for sure, but I also can't rule it out. She does look pudgy, and her nipples are showing more than usual. If she's unspayed and was around an unneutered tomcat, then she's almost certainly pregnant, and especially since they told you she was, you should start preparing for babies. No reason for an ultrasound if everything is going well; just wait 5 weeks and you'll know for sure .
