I would describe your kitten as a brown spotted tabby domestic shorthair. Most cats are not any particular breed. In the domestic cat, spotted tabby is less common than the mackerel and classic tabby patterns, but it's also not extremely rare. Spotted tabby doesn't indicate that a cat is any specific breed. It is beautiful, though! :)

The Ocicat picture you included is over 20 years old, and is not really typical of the breed today, since the breed has progressed since that time. Ocicats today have very muscular bodies, and higher contrast between spots and background color.
