Is it possible to know if this is a pregnancy or just extra meat? And no I don't want her pregnant. My male was scheduled for a fix in Nov and her in Jan. They can't get pregnant this early can they? They are both born in May 2020.

Yes, females can get pregnant this young, but it’s more difficult for a 4-month-old male to complete the act, but not impossible. Has the female been around any other intact males? Have you caught the male trying to mate her?

That looks like a pregnant belly, but it’s difficult to know for sure. Are her nipples pink and prominent? Can you post a picture of her from above?

A vet could tell you for sure. She needs spaying sooner than later. Same for your male. If she’s not pregnant now, she will be soon. You can’t wait until November and January. Let us know what you find out from the vet.
