The nipples do not look pink. However, that doesn't mean very much one way or another. Some cats never "pink up." If she has been in heat and was around a male, it is possible that she may be pregnant.

If the mating was unplanned, and you were intending to spay her, you have three choices:
  1. You could go ahead and spay her anyway, if it hasn't been very long since she was in heat.
  2. You could have an ultrasound before spaying her, to determine if she is pregnant or not. Ultrasound can reliably determine pregnancy after about 21 days (3 weeks) after mating.
  3. Or just wait to see if she develops more obvious signs of pregnancy. Keep her inside and away from any males, since if she isn't pregnant, she might come back into heat at any time.
