Is My Cat Considered A Torbie?

Snake is mainly grey, with stripes and a white underside, but she has some orange patches and one peachy paw.

Torbie is the short version of tabby tortioushell, right?

If my 'calculations' are completely wrong, please correct me!

Yes, she would be a torbie. But that's because she's a tortie + a tabby; no distinction is made between short and longhairs when discussing their markings. So her full description would be torbie Domestic Shorthair.

She didn't have much orange as a kitten and her winter coat has less orange than her summer coat, which was why I was asking. Confusing cats!
