Is Gizmo showing his dominant side?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if Gizmo is trying to establish dominance over Tigger:

They sit in front of each other, and they will take turns boxing at each other! Gizmo will "talk" to her" When she gets mad and walks away, he chases after her "talking"... I can't explain it, since he's got a kitten voice still!

SO, is this his way of establishing dominance?

I wouldnt say it has to be a domiant thing. Gizmo is still a baby, he is probably just chasing her trying to figure out why shes fed up with him. Usually the dominance thing comes with older cats. It sounds like 2 cats getting to know each other.
