everything is closed up as of today. Just thin skin and scars! i have removed any clothing she has had to be in since it has caused a build up of dirt which in turn also matted her fur and caused her to lose a lot on her sides so if you guys have any recommendations for helping her fur grow back it would be appreciated thank you guys for staying on this journey with us!

I would not worry about the fur growing back. My avatar's fur grew back like new after her long episode with a miserable skin condition. It is probably a good idea to let the skin get some air. If you are concerned about her being cold with no fur, you can put the shirt on as needed.
