Infected Neutered Incision?

I had my 5 month old kitty, Leonard, neutered Thursday morning. He kept finding ways to get the cone of shame off and has really groomed the area. I finally found a way to fix his cone so that he cannot slip it off, but now I'm concerned he may need antibiotics. I've never had an issue with neutering my boys so this is new to me. Can anyone tell me if he still looks okay or if he needs to g

I think it's still ok, just that the skin around it is irritated from the licking. Now that he can't get at it, you should see the redness disappear:)

Will do 🙂 I emailed the vet the same photo so they could be aware as well, but with it being the weekend I wasn't sure if they would be able to get back to me or if I needed to look at emergency clinics. I am checking him periodically throughout the day though and keeping him close by to monitor his behavior/diet and potty breaks.
