im feeling a little down today .... i could use a friend to talk to / A little about myself

JamesCalifornia this has been dealt with a long time ago and i dont let that boy back in my home anymore ... i dont trust him and hes just a little too needy as it is ... he supposedly has a job now and i have told the hubs that the boy has been helped enough to stop giving to him

i had a eye exam today and got bad news about my eyes .. left eye is worse then right and i might need eye surgery to fix my eye lids cause they are drooping over my eyes ... have to wear bifocals now

have you ever felt like someone is trying to follow you when you go out ? everytime i go do errands at the grocery store there is a rude old lady there and she smells of cigarette smoke and i have tried to politely tell her please go away and she refuses to listen to me ... shes starting to really bug me

If she doesn’t work there its probably coincidental that you both happen to shop at the same time. Maybe shop at a different time of day.

Sometimes there are 'eccentric' people who hang out in places... there is a man who sits outside a shop I go to regularly. I just smile at his chatter and walk away. If he were to follow me around the shop I would mention it to the staff there. This really isn't something to stress yourself about.

mani this lady smokes around me and i have repeatedly asked her nicely to go someplace else to do that and she ignores me ... i feel like she flat out doesnt care about my feelings and possibly anyone else that has allergies ... i just want to be left alone when i am at the grocery store , you know ?

In Australia people are not allowed to smoke at bus stops. If that's the case there you could report her. If she has exactly the same schedule as you then consider changing your schedule.

mani i talked to my therapist and she gave me a diffe0rent outlook on the issue and how to tactfully approach her next time i see her

Some things to keep in mind... she was the one being rude and nasty it has no reflection on how you see yourself, she may have been having a bad day herself or going through something difficult in life. We cannot control other people only how we respond to them.

today's report: i got some letters and christmas cards stamped to be mailed out in tomorrows load . im feeling a little better mentally but feel like i need to make a appt with my doctor about this lingering cough though
