Are there any local classes or groups (that are physically-challenged friendly) that you can take that might peak your interest? A book club, an art class, a choir, fishing group, a quilting/knitting circle, bowling, Aquafit, mini golf, cosplaying etc? Or volunteering activities that help out the community? What about special weekend events, like farmer's markets or performances? When you feel better of course after your ER visit If you are homebound for a little while, you can join some Facebook groups that have similar interests or consider taking online classes to keep your mind engaged and stimulated.Mia6 well im not stuck inside, i just choose not to be around people very much . crowds make me very nervous .
im not feeling very well at the moment , was in the ER last night and so im home bound a little while longer
You can also use a no cal sugar substitute in your tea. Splenda doesn’t have an aftertaste and tastes very close to sugar.C catapault yes i plan on slowing down on the sodas ...i have a tea recipe that mamanyt1953 gave me to try that is just tea and lemon juice mixed together , no sugar at all in it that i need to go back to doing ... as for the walk around the kitchen part , i live in a studio apartment and there is no room to do that as it is a very small space ... i do go walk to my mail box and back at least a couple of times a day
