If one cat has tapeworm, should I just treat all of the cats?

Found a dreaded “butt worm” 😂🤮

We have a litter of 5 kittens who have been with us since October-December, so they are all older now.

They have been significantly wormed and treated for a variety of parasites, including tape (they came with all sorts of nasties). So I’m assuming a flea must have ended up in the house.

Everyone is treated fleas, and we ran a flea comb through everyone as well but couldn’t find anything.

The 5 kittens all groom each other quite a bit + one of our adults grooms them a lot as well.

So I’m trying to decide whether I should just treat the one kitten, or everyone who grooms him too, just in case.

It's a good idea to treat everyone, especially if they share a littler box. Be sure to wash all the bedding as well.

I certainly second that motion! It would almost be bizarre if no one else had them with such a close association.
