Does that mean anything? I've noticed it sometimes with my cat my cat's always been an indoor cat then she'll often scratch I'm unsure if it can be fleas I've seen no black speckles on her fire, but can cat's still catch fleas even when indoors?

Indoor cats can get fleas, yes. Most common if the household has a dog or other cat that does outdoors, though you could have brought fleas in on your clothing, theoretically. That said, her scratching doesn't necessarily mean she has fleas.

Maybe she has something up with her ears? Either ear mites or an ear infection? Delilah had an ear infection when I adopted her and she was scratching at her ears a lot. So now I regularly try to check her ears if I see her scratching there too much.
