My son brought this plant home and we need to identify it so I know if it’s toxic for my cats. Can anyone help?
It looks a bit like a Jade plant, might be a cutting off an adult plant.
Looking at the larger leaf my guess would be a jade plant. There are several different types so I'm not sure. Google says a jade plant is toxic to cats. I had one in the past but did not know they were toxic.

That’s what I was afraid of. I’m see if my mother in law wants it, she has no pets. If not I’ll have him take it back to his teacher. She thought succulents were non toxic.
