Since the other ice cream thread is a repeat  here is what a local ice cream place is offering. What would you choose?

I'll have the Apple Crisp.

I'd absolutely want the banana peanut butter cup.

In reality, I'd have to settle for the peppermint oreo non dairy.

In an ideal world, Kalua Brownie.
In my actual world, a black raspberry berry non-dairy.

This is making me crave a frozen treat! Either the coffee heath frozen yogurt or the peppermint oreo non-dairy. Or the mocha chip ice cream or... :yummy:

The plain chocolate, unless I was in the mood to chew my ice cream, then the chocolate brownie oreo.

I haven't had coffee ice cream in a very long time...sounds very good right now,so I think the non dairy version.

I'm not sure we can talk about ice cream too much. ;) There are always places coming out with new flavors. I have never been a big ice cream person; but I think that was from being a kid and people always getting the plain vanilla or Neapolitan for birthday parties. And not even the "good" ice cream; the kind that comes cheap in a plastic tub.

But some of these places? Wow...whole different experience!

Someone I went to high school with just opened a place that serves gelato, hand dipped ice cream, Italian Ice, as well as a whole coffee and sweets bar. I am itching to go! This dude was probably the one teachers would have pegged a sure failure because he was always doing something he shouldn't be. But this is his 3rd restaurant and people love the other 2. So yeah; it's cool to see someone succeeding too. Plus...ice cream! Good coffee.... gelato... I'm definitely looking forward to our first visit.
