Capstar is a 24-hour flea treatment, meaning that it might kill fleas on her but if there are fleas/flea eggs in her environment, they will still get on her and cause the same problem all over again.
The black stool puddles sound like bleeding (ulcer?) somewhere in the digestive tract - the darker in color the more likely in the upper portion (stomach or intestines vs. the colon which would be redder/fresher looking in color). Is she at least pooping in larger amounts than she was?
When you said 'cerebra', you mean Cerenia, the anti-nausea med? When is she throwing up, and is it undigested, partially digested, or mostly digested (aka mainly liquid)? Is there any blood or mucous in the vomit? The standard recommended dosage, as far as I know, is about 0.5 mg per pound of body weight, that would be about 3mg. Although, I know some vets will prescribe up to 1 mg per pound of body weight. So, if you can, you should probably split what's left into at least 2 sections. Also, just so you know one of the RARER side effects of Cerenia can be blood in the urine - so, is there any chance you are seeing a combination of urine and stool?
Make sure you take a sample of her stool with you when you go to the vets, just in case she 'chooses' not to go while she is there. As far as I know, it can be bagged and refrigerated for about 12 hours if need be.
