that we were going to get a ferret today. We saw a cute six month old female at THE PET SUPERMARKET and both my sister and I fell in love with it. we took it out of the cage and played with it. Yes, it smelled funky, but other than that it was a wonderful animal, but at the last minute my sister decided not to. Am I disappointed?Very.

Make sure you do a lot of research if you think you want a ferret! They're not for everybody and are very high-maintenance. And their care is expensive. A ton of them end up in rescue (or neglected) because their owners didn't know what they were in for. Cute little weasels, and a lot of fun, but not easy pets at all.
