I have 2 male cats and 1 of them just keep bitting the throat of the other cat like it’s massaging him. Is it force to do it??? (Like he’s scared of the other 1)

From this picture it looks like they are great friends. It is probably more of just a grab rather than an actual bite and just a normal part of play or grooming. Are they both neutered?

Are they siblings? Sometimes, cats will want to nurse as a comfort thing. It looks to me like this is what your cat is doing.

My two fixed males do the same thing. It usually starts with mutual grooming, and proceeds to the alpha biting the other softly on the neck. They're quite closely bonded.

Hi! Agree with all of the above. If there is no injury or wound, which I gather there isn't, it looks like they have a very good relationship. Cats, just like people, work out their own interactions/relationships, and not always do they make sense to the rest of us!!
