I have a description of the breed and a list of possible breeds but I don't know which one it is. I found this online and there wasn't an image/very little context.
"They're horribly attention-driven though. He walks around meowing for me all day long, and when I call him, he plays "hard to get". Always forcing me to stop what I'm doing and go out of my way to pet him."
Possibe Breeds on the site:
Tabby cats (Mackerel, more specifically)
Bengal cats
Oriental Shorthair, silver spotted
Birman fluff cats

Now, tabby cats arent no breed, its a common pattern in many breeds, and - in domestics. So if someone says, it was a tabby cat she will 99% mean it was a domestic.

The description could be virtually any breed. My guess it was a domestic tabby...

Also, Birmans ARE longhair, so label Birman fluff cats is amateurish.
And Orientals may easily behave so, and even be spotted, but silver spotted oriental doesnt behave differently than the others orientals... Even if a pointed Orientale, ie an essentially reregistered Siamese, may perhaps behave somewhat differently.

Why are you asking about the breed? Are you looking for a kitten or cat that has the personality characteristics you describe?

Orential short hairs are extremely attention driven and very high energy
