The adult (mother?) is seal lynx point and white. The kittens also appear to be pointed, but at this age their color hasn't fully developed yet; pointed kittens are born white and gradually develop color.

Is that why their noses are black?

Here is a video showing the development of a litter of pointed kittens (not my kittens, this is just a video off Youtube). These are not lynx points, but the color develops in the same way. You can see how the kittens are born white, then their noses and ears start to darken, then the mask develops over the face.
