How to reattach sisal cat scratcher pad to laminated side of cat condo?

What do I use to reattach the cat's sisal scratcher pad onto laminated wood? Is it super glue, hot glue, or something else?

I bought Pippin a cat condo with one laminated wood side. With some use, the (super glued?) cat scratching pad started to come along the top, and become looser with more use.

Has it come all the way off or is it still partially attached? What is the back of the scratcher pad made of? Are you sure you mean "laminated wood" or might you just mean "laminate" (I ask because my floors are made from laminate but they resemble hardwood)? Is the laminated wood varnished?

I don't know how useful this will be, because I don't know where you live, but this is what I would do. I would gather as much information as possible about the materials used, and I'd take a few pictures, and then I'd go to Home Depot. If the pad had come off completely I would take it along; if not I'd rely entirely on the pictures. When I got to Home Depot I'd find an employee and ask who to talk to about adhesives, and once I'd found that person I would ask for their expert advice.

Opps, you're right. It is laminate wood, it has the thin wooden looking ribbon around the perimeter. The scratcher came off gradually at first, until the top was so loose and floppy being 1/3 of the way loose that I got annoyed with it and peeled it off the remainder of the way.

Okay, so take pictures and take the pad along to Home Depot (or whatever discount hardware store is near you); someone there should be able to tell you what the best adhesives are. It may turn out that you need to invest in a hammer and some nails. Or maybe an electric screwdriver; there are some pretty good ones that don't cost too much. Or maybe a staple gun? I don't know much about those; I've never used one. But someone at Home Depot can advise you. And if you need a special tool (like a staple gun or electric screwdriver) and don't want to buy it you may be able to rent one at Home Depot.
