My 5 month old kitten was put on Panacur for 5 days for Giardia. I gave him his last dose today, but he's still having loose stool. Does the Panacur continue to work after giving the last dose or should I have seen some improvement by now?

It will continue to work for a couple of days after the last dose. Its still in his system so he may have loose stools for a few more days. If you are concerned, give your vet a ring.
I agree. Contact yoru vet if you don't see any improvement in a few days, liek three. Make sure to encourage water, diarrhea quickly dehydrates.
