Two of my female cats were spayed yesterday, I've kept them separated for the past 24hrs but I've also got my 10 week old kitten, Which is from my oldest cats litter who was spayed yesterday, I'm just looking on advice on when I can reunite the 3 of them

Depends on the cats. If they don't play too rowdy, I'd say you can do it now. Just keep an eye out for anyone messing with anyone else's stitches. Also, keep an eye out for anyone being grumpy from the medications

Since it's been 24 hours and they shouldn't have any lingering effects from the anesthesia, I'd go ahead and let them loose. Cats are very good at self-limiting. Just keep an eye on the incisions for any redness, swelling, or weeping from the incision. I usually only keep mine confined overnight so the anesthesia wears off.
