How early do they go in heat?

Fluffy is only around 4 months old..Not too sure what the exact birthdate is, but do they go into heat this early? no signs or anything of it, but just wondered......

Yes they can go into heat that early.

If this is a cat you are going to get altered, you really can get her altered anytime between 8 weeks and 6 months, preferably sooner then the 6 months if you can, but that's at the latest!

The rule of thumb, is that you want to catch them before their first heat.

You should be ok, hopefully she wont go into heat by then.
That would make her about what 5 months, 5 1/2 months along?

Most of my females have been done at 6 months, and my males at 5.

i need to get my outside guys fixed. we just found out we owe over 300 in taxes
so we are super short on money, hopefully we will be able to get it done soon.
