How Does This Poop Look?

Hey guys
How does this poo look???
My kitten is 9 weeks old and the day we got her her poop was liquid. It got better but not enough so I took her to the vets. They prescribed panacur and probiotic. She’s finished panacur now and we are still giving probiotic to try to harden the stools as directed by a vet. She has another appt Friday for her vaccinations if she is well enough for them. If not, am taking her anyway to try and sort this out as I feel her poop is still a bit too soft???
I have 2 cats but these are my first cats, have had our other one 4 months and originally a dog person so yeah, this is all new to me!

no, it's not a healthy poo, it's too soft. Do you know if she was dewormed with the wide spectrum dewormer before you got her? If you changed her food from what she was used to eating, it's possible that it caused the upset, kittens need to have their food introduced very slowly.
