How do you make the text permenenly bigger?

Enlarge the text where? What source?
A web site? Any given one? This one?
A text or word processing document? Some other application program or app?
What device? A Windows desktop or laptop computer? Mac? Your iPhone or iPad? Some Android based device?
If you are talking about a website, this one in particular, what are you using to view it? Firefox? Explorer? Edge? Safari? Chrome?
Assume that you are using Firefox on a desktop or laptop...
You can look under the "View" menu then mouse down to "Zoom" and you'll see options for "Zoom In," "Zoom Out" and "Actual Size."
That selection should stay active any time you visit the same website again. If you want it to go back to normal again, select "Actual Size" and it will reset and stay that way.
There are also command keys listed next to the menu choices so you don't always have to use the mouse if you don't want to.
There are also options from the operating system that allow you to do the same, universally, on every application or screen you use.
Holding down the "Command" (⌘) key while scrolling the mouse (on Mac OS) will enlarge the entire screen until you change it.

I had to look for awhile to find 'view' . I found it. And it is set!
