How do I post a video?

I tried with my Iphone and computer, I think its because all of file type, IMG, I don't know how to change it.

Video files are usually too large to be attached directly to a post here on TCS. I just upload vdeos to Youtube and then post the link here on TCS. If you don't have a YouTube account you'll have to create one. I think Photobucket is another web site you can upload videos to and then share the link.
