How do I ‘confirm’ my email address?…

I registered on this site a short time ago…I received my email to confirm my email. When I hit the ‘confirm email’ button it simply brings me to the homepage of the site. HOW do I confirm please? I’ve received the confirm email msg 3 times now and am not understanding

Im not positive, but I’m pretty sure that by doing that you have already confirmed your email.
