How Can I Post Pictures In A Post?

Can I post pictures I have on my computer to a post here? I haven't posted any pictures, anywhere, since Photo-Bucket high-jacket my old pictures! I only shoot pictures with my "Sony Cyber-shot" digital still Camera. I don't have a "Tablet". What can/should I do? Doug
