My cat is now on Hills oral care dry food.
Cat 7kg
Package says 1 1/8 (100grams)
Is that all I should feed him per day
Should I feed him say 1 pouch of whiskas (wet food) 85gram plus 100grams of Hills oral dry per day

Go by calories. Somewhere on the bag should say how many calories are in a pouch of Whiskas and in a cup of the Hill's food.

7kg is about 15lbs. Most indoor cats need about 20 calories/lb of body weight per day. So, your cat should be getting right at 300 calories per day. Do the math and figure out how much dry food he needs and give him the Whiskas to make up the difference.

Dental diets are useless, IMO. Only regular home dental care through teeth brushing (ideally) and other means will keep teeth clean.

Hills oral care dry food is 331 calories per cup. One cup is a little more than a 7 kg cat needs daily. I'd feed the cat more of the Whiskas wet food and less of the dry and start brushing the cat's teeth with pet toothpaste. If the vet suggested the dental food, it's ok to feed something else :)
