I've always had at least one cat and dog in my life, my Mitzi is now 11yrs old, she was advertised as half burmese
but I can't tell the difference between her and any other tuxedo and I don't care anyway, I love her to bits

she was 6weeks old when we got her in 2013, since then, I lost my hubby in 2014 and my old dog in 2018,

she is the last pet I'll have as I'm too old now to even consider adopting another, my only wish is that I outlive her
as I don't want her to feel abandoned, so I try to keep myself as healthy as possible (I'm 75)

Welcome to TCS- it's very nice to meet you

Mitzi is beautiful - I can completely relate to your concerning thoughts about life's uncertainties at our age . But certainly tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone at any age or condition....So sorry for your losses

I'm sure you'll love being part of this community of like minded, cat loving ,absolutely wonderful people

Blessings and hugs to you & Mitzi❤
