Hi everyone,
I volunteer at a cat rescue and a couple of mama cats came in with I'm guessing one month old kittens. The mom's are tame, but the kittens are scared of people.
I want to socialize them so that they have a better chance of being adopted, but I'm not sure how to do it. I can't bring them home, and I can probably commit 30 to 60 minutes a day with them. Everything I've read so far talks about socializing kittens at home.
I don't know if I should dive right in and just start picking them up even though they're frightened, or if I should just hang out with them and wait for them to come to me.
Do you think they would even come to me?What I've read so far says this age is the best to socialize them.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
