Now, this is a pure guess, as photo #1 looked like a boy to me, but #2 looked like a girl...I think the position of the legs "squashed" everything together in #2, and you have a little boy.

BTW...WELCOME to you and to Baby! You've found one of the few places on the internet where otherwise rational human adults spend HOURS every spring, summer and early fall hunched over pictures of kitten fannies, hemming and hawing and second-guessing themselves and each other!
