My poor baby sphinx has had this weird skin scab on the back of her neck and idk if it’s from itching or the new sphinx that I have hurt her. Cause I was told they got in fight while I was at work yesterday and today :( it’s not bleeding but definitely looks fresh. She’s still eating and cuddling and sweet. But her skin looks a little brownish too or like the oils have built up on her even tho I just bathed her a few days ago

I would take her to the vet. She may need antibiotics. Sphynx are a different kind of cat, as I am sure you know if you have one. They are extremely delicate and what may be okay for other cats is not okay for them. I also recommend a feline only vet for them as most general practitioners don’t have the knowledge to manage them.

Welcome to TCS albeit I'm sorry your Sphinx is having skin problems. Since you mentioned your new cat got into a fight with her while you were at work it might be a good idea to keep them separated when you're not home. I agree you should contact your vet to ask for their advice. Please keep us posted on her progress. :alright:

It looks very inflamed so I would take her to dvm. They have more issues with their skin too as I am sure you know due to being pretty much hairless. If it is an injury from your other cat, it can turn into an abscess which you want avoid.
